This TT is the two wheel drive variant, do not confuse with a '€˜Quattro'€™. It'€™s personal preference I guess, the 2 Wheel Drive offers a bit better fuel economy as it doesn'€™t have the drag of the Quattro and it still handles like it'€™s on rails anyway.
